Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep technical understanding of the company's products
- Provide extraordinary technical support to Enterprise customers through various channels
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers or working with distributed systems
- Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking
- Top Secret Security clearance
- Expert-level troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
