Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions and associated services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' needs and ensure services meet or exceed expectations
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations and monitor service performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support
- Experience in managing client relationships and leading service delivery teams
- Knowledge of industry-standard service delivery methodologies is a plus
- B.S or B.A preferred but not required
