A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound calls, optimizing cash flow and providing customer service
- Negotiate payment arrangements and validate self-pay balances with patients
- Document payment commitments and assist with Financial Assistance Program inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
