Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound calls, optimizing cash flow and providing customer service
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and validate self-pay balances with patients
  • Document payment commitments and assist with Financial Assistance Program inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management with customer service preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
