Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to establish member relationships and promote credit union services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service to members through phone interactions and process various member transactions
- Assist members with inquiries and provide technical support for online banking services
- Identify sales opportunities and promote credit union products and services while meeting production goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Experience in a Contact Center or financial institution is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies
- Ability to manage difficult customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in cross-selling products and maintaining professional member relationships
