Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Specialist to establish member relationships and promote credit union services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary service to members through phone interactions and process various member transactions
  • Assist members with inquiries and provide technical support for online banking services
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote credit union products and services while meeting production goals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum six (6) months experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Experience in a Contact Center or financial institution is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies
  • Ability to manage difficult customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficient in cross-selling products and maintaining professional member relationships
