Key Responsibilities
- Handle live calls during US timezone and make necessary interventions

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US inbound voice process
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence and G-suite is preferred
- Strong knowledge of configuration management tools
- Diligent documentation skills
