Key Responsibilities
- Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
- Enforce HIPAA compliance and maintain necessary guidelines for stakeholders
- Support pharmacists with medication reviews and provide clerical assistance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently on special projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Preferred: Associate's Degree and 3-5 years of healthcare industry experience
