Job Summary
A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduling Representative - Days.
Key Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls and manages patient needs with exceptional customer service
- Schedules appointments based on patient needs and conducts interviews to gather necessary information
- Assesses patient discharge information to determine appropriate levels of care and provides referral information as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Less than 1 year of telephone management experience is required
- Knowledge of insurance is required
- Behavioral Health/Human Services experience is preferred
- Must complete required trainings and obtain necessary certifications within 2 years
