Key Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support by troubleshooting user queries and following up to ensure resolution

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with OneSite/RealPage software is required
- College degree in information systems, education/training, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in property management software and related computer applications
- Experience in project management and understanding of apartment community operations
- Employment history demonstrating a background in information systems or computer support
