A company is looking for a Product Support/IT Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product support to customers and in-house customer support representatives
- Deliver technical support for internal systems and IT infrastructure
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar major preferred
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and troubleshooting strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Experience with or willingness to learn CAD/3D modeling is a plus
