A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive resolutions
  • Navigate multiple systems to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday-Sunday
  • Must pass a mandatory paid training program and background check
