Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Hotel SaaS Revenue Management (RMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist hotel customers with the implementation and onboarding of the Revenue Management System (RMS)
- Provide ongoing customer support and training to optimize the use of RMS features
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage system integrations and ensure data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Technology, or Customer Support
- Experience with customer support or ticketing tools such as Jira or Salesforce
- Foundational understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office and Revenue Management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
