A company is looking for a Billing Support Representative I to provide support for billing-related inquiries from patients, clients, and payors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support to clients and patients regarding billing issues
- Document all interactions with clients, patients, and payors in the company's systems
- Assist with incoming inquiries and aim for one-touch resolution for billing-related issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in billing support
- High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, and insurance processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and case management software
- Basic mathematical skills for billing calculations
