Key Responsibilities
- Assess and research customer service needs, initiating corrective actions as needed
- Provide guidance on complex member or provider issues to resolve inquiries or requests
- Collaborate with training teams to develop training materials and ensure adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of related experience required
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
- Continuous learning education preferred
- Experience in a high-paced contact center environment is beneficial
