A company is looking for a Client Care Representative for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer service requests and inquiries
- Advise customers on products, services, and promotions
- Document customer interactions and manage service tickets in the Zoho system
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer service role preferred
- Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (C.R.M.) system preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to develop professionally
