Patient Qualification Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Qualification Specialist to provide customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and documentation for health insurance requirements
• Request health plan authorizations and information as needed
• Develop business relationships with field leadership through collaboration and communication

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry is desired
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Ability to understand and interpret spreadsheet data
• Must reside and work within the United States
