Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with design and architectural decisions for Power Apps solutions
- Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers
- Conduct health checks, assessments, and product upgrade/migration evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to expert experience in Power Platform governance and administration
- Advanced skills in Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence Starter Kit
- Proven experience in enterprise-level Power Platform support
- Experience in delivering technical training and troubleshooting
- Advanced Microsoft certifications are preferred
