Key Responsibilities
- Creates and communicates appeal policies and procedures across the organization
- Reviews and translates organizational policy into responses for media relations and regulatory agencies
- Manages inventories and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience as a Complaint and Appeal Analyst
- Claim research knowledge or claim processing experience
- Health Insurance experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
