  • Reviews and translates organizational policy into responses for media relations and regulatory agencies
  • Manages inventories and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior experience as a Complaint and Appeal Analyst
  • Claim research knowledge or claim processing experience
  • Health Insurance experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
