Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent service to clients, patients, and requestors in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of requests for disability and FMLA paperwork
  • Respond promptly to a high volume of customer calls and emails regarding Disability and FMLA paperwork
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and detailed information while following established procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
