Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent service to clients, patients, and requestors in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of requests for disability and FMLA paperwork
- Respond promptly to a high volume of customer calls and emails regarding Disability and FMLA paperwork
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and detailed information while following established procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of call center experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
