A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-I (Medical Billing Call Center) to handle customer inquiries remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound customer inquiries and respond with high-quality service
  • Document all contacts and issues accurately within the patient accounting system
  • Communicate with various healthcare staff to clarify customer service inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business administration preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment with customer service or financial counseling
  • Knowledge of insurance and billing processes, including Medicare and Medicaid
  • Data entry skills with a minimum of 50-60 keystrokes per minute
  • Call center experience and basic computer skills are highly desirable
