Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business administration preferred
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment with customer service or financial counseling
- Knowledge of insurance and billing processes, including Medicare and Medicaid
- Data entry skills with a minimum of 50-60 keystrokes per minute
- Call center experience and basic computer skills are highly desirable
