Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor product adoption and provide industry knowledge to enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 4 to 10 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR
  • 2 to 3 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Proven track record of overachieving goals and targets in the last 2 of 3 years
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-growth environment
  • Comfortable working in the US Shift
