Required Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR
- 2 to 3 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Proven track record of overachieving goals and targets in the last 2 of 3 years
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-growth environment
- Comfortable working in the US Shift
