Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage member enrollment in Health Management programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to enroll members in Health Management programs
- Document recruitment activities and manage case setups in the documentation platform
- Schedule initial assessments for members with nurses or health coaches
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- At least 2 years of general customer service experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
