Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage member enrollment in Health Management programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to enroll members in Health Management programs
• Document recruitment activities and manage case setups in the documentation platform
• Schedule initial assessments for members with nurses or health coaches

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• At least 2 years of general customer service experience
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
