Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Healthguide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the Healthguide team on policies, procedures, and patient engagement
• Develop and deliver training programs for Healthguides to implement patient-centered care
• Monitor new hires' progress and provide coaching to ensure competency and confidence

Required Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred with five years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing and behavioral change management
• Expert level proficiency in medical terminology and primary care functions
• Ability to navigate technology and multiple platforms independently
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a remote work environment
