Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions while delivering impactful product demonstrations
- Ensure successful customer onboarding, digital access setup, and ongoing training for instructors
- Utilize reports and data to analyze market share and adapt solutions to meet evolving customer strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or corporate training
- Familiarity with Edtech, Higher Education, or Sales
- Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone, US
- Demonstrated ability in relationship building and change management
