Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience
- Efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize multiple systems to access customer information and document interactions accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
- 1 year of customer-facing experience required
- 1 year in an inbound call center or similar environment is strongly preferred
- Experience using modern computer systems and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
