Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience
  • Efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize multiple systems to access customer information and document interactions accurately
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
  • 1 year of customer-facing experience required
  • 1 year in an inbound call center or similar environment is strongly preferred
  • Experience using modern computer systems and software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
