Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Personal Banker to provide financial services primarily through inbound calls in a centralized call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer and assess a wide range of personal financial products and services to customers
• Develop customer profiles for specialized products and ensure timely follow-up on referrals

Required Qualifications

• National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration required
• High school diploma or equivalent with two to four years of related experience
• Current insurance license is necessary
