Accident and Health Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Manager - Accident and Health (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all components of claim handling for a specialty line of business
• Oversee staff performance, including development and training programs
• Analyze claim reports to identify trends and implement corrective strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; JD may be necessary
• Minimum of 7-10 years of specialty claim experience
• 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience
• Experience with UIM and UM claims is desired
• Large Loss Bodily Injury Claim Resolution experience is preferred
