A company is looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist (English/Spanish) to manage client intake and support daily operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing support for client queries
- Schedule and organize appointments for clients and attorneys
- Maintain updated client information and manage filing systems for efficient document organization
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with general office equipment and proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Secretary is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
