Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intakes Counsellor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide single session telephonic and video counselling, including crisis management and support while maintaining client confidentiality
• Assess and manage high-risk calls, ensuring clients are connected to appropriate resources
• Maintain clear clinical documentation and respond to incoming video and chat requests

Required Qualifications

• Counsellor or Psychologist with a master's degree
• Fluent in Bahasa
• Minimum 2 years of direct client contact in counselling or mental health services
• Experience with short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused and CBT
• Training in crisis intervention is beneficial
