Massachusetts Licensed Community Connector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Connector (Mental Health Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Connect adults with psychiatric conditions to community resources for successful integration
• Provide information on community resources and entitlements to both Person Served and staff
• Support Person Served in preparing for, seeking, and maintaining employment or educational opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a Master's degree in Human Services preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience working with adults with psychiatric conditions
• Access to an operational and insured vehicle for transportation of Person Served
• Preference for bilingual/bicultural applicants and those with lived experience of psychiatric conditions
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass various background checks and certifications
