Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests across various channels, ensuring quality and timely service
- Provide personalized support and feedback to improve customer experience and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in a fast-growing environment
- Availability to work outside of standard hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work culture
- Ability to learn new processes and tools to enhance team performance
- Willingness to travel for company retreats 2-3 times a year
