Automotive Service Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive STAR Center Agent (Remote - Must live in the US).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, documenting contacts and providing diagnostic direction to Dealer Technicians
• Submit resolutions through defined service reporting processes and perform follow-ups on existing cases until resolution is achieved
• Communicate product issues to relevant teams and utilize databases for product and repair information

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) within the primary call taking area (All areas preferred)
• Automotive repair experience of at least 3 years
• Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine experience of 2-3 years required
• Basic PC software knowledge including Windows and keyboarding skills
