Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service for booking accommodations and group reservations
- Implement sales techniques to meet performance metrics and achieve sales goals
- Assist with inquiries, follow-up calls, and upsell services to enhance guest experiences
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of property management systems
- Flexible work availability from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm based on departmental needs
- Passion and experience in hospitality is desirable
