A company is looking for an Anytime Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from loyal guests via phone and email, providing personal service
• Evaluate guest needs and recommend tailored travel solutions to enhance their experience
• Follow up on immediate guest needs and escalate complex requests as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 6 months of related experience in a Loyalty Knowledge Group or higher Knowledge group
• No supervisory experience required
• No specific license or certification needed
• Must live within 50 miles of the designated work location
