AR Follow-Up Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor (Insurance Follow Up).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly quality audits
• Train new employees and conduct quarterly performance reviews for direct reports
• Monitor workload, verify task accuracy, and communicate process changes with staff

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in medical insurance follow-up or insurance collections is required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment is necessary
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) background is preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
