Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist who will support member health journeys through outreach and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact members through outbound calls and emails for Regence Care Management Programs
- Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage member participation in health-related activities
- Educate members about benefits, tools, and resources for preventive screenings and treatment plan adherence
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience in relevant fields
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Preferred: Medical certification such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant
- Preferred: Experience in health plan customer service or health coaching
