Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 Service Desk Support, including service ticket intake, triage, and follow-up
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory and assist with managing the Office 365 environment
- Install and configure hardware and software, and maintain inventory of equipment and licenses
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of PC/Mac support experience
- Technical certification or post-secondary education in computer systems is preferred
- Solid understanding of various operating systems, including Microsoft Windows and Apple/Mac
- Knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and tools like ConnectWise Manage is a plus
