Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and obtain necessary data to process and resolve claims issues
• Ensure proper benefits are applied to every claim and identify processing errors
• Communicate with external stakeholders and collaborate with internal partners to resolve claims errors

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare experience
• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM CST, with occasional overtime
