Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers or technicians 24/7/365
  • Gather details from customers to determine the appropriate course of action and enter service call details into the system
  • Monitor and dispatch service calls to technicians and manage offline tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic PC skills, including experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a high call volume environment and follow procedures
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
