Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers or technicians 24/7/365
- Gather details from customers to determine the appropriate course of action and enter service call details into the system
- Monitor and dispatch service calls to technicians and manage offline tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Basic PC skills, including experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a high call volume environment and follow procedures
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
