Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Solutions & Support Coordinator for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive client experiences throughout the support ticket lifecycle
  • Promote client success by managing expectations and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Identify trends in support issues and contribute to the knowledge base for efficient ticket handling
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; recent grads encouraged to apply
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain issues to clients
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and projects
  • Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks
  • Non-Profit or related experience in internships or coursework is a plus
