A company is looking for a Client Solutions & Support Coordinator for a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive client experiences throughout the support ticket lifecycle
- Promote client success by managing expectations and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identify trends in support issues and contribute to the knowledge base for efficient ticket handling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; recent grads encouraged to apply
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain issues to clients
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and projects
- Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks
- Non-Profit or related experience in internships or coursework is a plus
