A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Coordinator who will manage member intake and provide support for behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative intake of members and assign cases
- Conduct outbound calls to members with behavioral health needs and provide coverage for inbound calls
- Perform assessments via phone and assist enrollees in locating community support services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
