Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage customer accounts and assist with payment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Mail reminder and lapse letters in a timely manner
- Make at least 50 outbound calls daily to maintain customer engagement
- Assist members with payment processing and manage unpaid accounts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software
- Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
