California Licensed Alternate Director of Patient Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alternate Director of Patient Care Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all patient care services provided by the agency
• Ensure timely patient assessments and review individualized plans of care
• Supervise clinical staff and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or a related field and three years of experience, including one year in a supervisory role
• Alternatively, a registered nurse with four years of experience in a home health agency, including one year in a supervisory role
• Expertise in clinical decision-making for the patient population
• Knowledge of quality management review and evaluation processes
• Compliance with Title 22 and CDPH licensing requirements
