PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage patient interactions and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims, ensuring compliance
• Monitor client compliance with Positive Airway Pressure devices and manage communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, insurance customer service, or related fields
• Two years of work-related experience is required for senior-level positions
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
