Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Service Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through handling calls, emails, and faxes for plan participants
- Assist participants with inquiries regarding account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and resolve participant issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; financial services experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution experience preferred
