Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Service Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service through handling calls, emails, and faxes for plan participants
  • Assist participants with inquiries regarding account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and resolve participant issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; financial services experience is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution experience preferred
