• Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required, particularly in the resident state
• 5+ years of experience in adjusting auto liability claims of varying complexity
• Experience managing bodily injury losses from low to high severity
• Ability to work in a high production environment using various technology solutions
• Good analytical reasoning skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions
