A company is looking for a Patient & Member Care Specialist to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members or patients with inquiries, benefits, scheduling, and service coordination through inbound and outbound calls
- Process referrals, authorizations, prescription renewals, and manage claims and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic systems and protect member and patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center customer service experience
- 1+ year of healthcare or health insurance experience
- Stable work history with a track record of reliability
- Reliable high-speed internet and a designated, private workspace
