Key Responsibilities
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth experience
- Individually enroll applicants and meet quarterly quotas while providing motivation and support
- Continuously improve the enrollment process and maintain expert knowledge of the treatment offered
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and via email
- Excellent time management skills and experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to engage with applicants on the phone for over 80% of the workday
- Access to a fast and reliable internet connection
