Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Required Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs or teams
  • Deep understanding of customer attrition drivers and retention strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data science teams
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
