- Establish cross-functional governance to ensure alignment and execution of strategies
Qualifications & Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting in an enterprise SaaS environment
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs or teams
- Deep understanding of customer attrition drivers and retention strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data science teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
