California Licensed Support Broker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Broker- California (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a workload of up to 125 program participants and maintain required contact
• Provide practical skills training and assist participants with community resources and budget management
• Monitor participant health and safety, maintain progress notes, and act as a mandated reporter for abuse allegations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or senior citizens
• BA or BS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
• Knowledge of Medicaid services preferred
• Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
