A company is looking for a Provider Relations Coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact for dental providers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Dental Provider Relations inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of inquiries
- Resolve routine provider inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary, ensuring documentation and follow-through
- Assist in maintaining accurate provider data and collaborate with internal departments to ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in provider relations, customer service, or dental administration preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or provider management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
